Is Immediate Matrix a scam?

Scam — FCA clone-firm warning

Yes — avoid it entirely. Immediate Matrix is on the UK FCA’s warning list, flagged as a clone of an authorised firm. It is part of a rotating family of fake "AI trading platform" brands promoted through fabricated celebrity news articles. There is no real trading platform behind the ads — registering hands your phone number to a boiler-room sales operation.

Who you actually contract with

  • No licensed entity exists. The FCA flagged "Immediate Matrix" as a clone of an FCA-authorised firm — meaning scammers borrowed a real firm’s identity (fca.org.uk warning list).
  • Part of the same ad network as Immediate Connect (FCA + France’s AMF warnings) and Immediate Momentum (flagged via European regulator fraud warnings incl. Belgium’s FSMA).

Verified findings — with sources

  • UK FCA warning: not authorised, operating as a clone of an authorised firm (fca.org.uk).
  • The brand family rotates names every few months — same fake-article funnel, new label. If you were pitched a near-identical "Immediate X" name, treat it identically.

We publish only findings we verified against regulators' own releases, registers, or the broker's own disclosures — and we name the source. Unverified claims circulating online are excluded.

Before any money moves

  • Never enter your phone number — the "registration" exists to feed high-pressure sales calls
  • If you deposited: stop all further payments (especially any "withdrawal fee"), document everything, and read our withdrawal-problems playbook

Frequently asked questions

Is Immediate Matrix legit?

No. The UK FCA has warned it is not authorised and flags it as a clone of a real firm. The "AI trading platform" in the ads does not exist as a regulated business anywhere.

I gave Immediate Matrix my number — what now?

Expect persistent sales calls, possibly for months, from rotating brand names. Do not deposit, block the numbers, and never pay any "release fee" for promised profits — that is the second stage of the same scam.
